Kayce is a senior vice president and director in Abbot Downing’s Winston-Salem office with responsibility for managing the client relationships of ultra-high-net-worth, multigenerational families. Kayce leads a team of highly experienced wealth management professionals who specialize in asset management, private banking, trust and fiduciary management, and financial planning, including family dynamics and governance. Prior to Abbot Downing, Kayce was a director with Wells Fargo Family Wealth.
Kayce has over 30 years of experience in the wealth management and banking industries. She joined Wachovia, now Wells Fargo, in 2001. Prior to joining Wachovia, Kayce was a senior vice president and client account manager with Bessemer Trust Company in Miami, Florida, where she was responsible for providing various client services, including investment strategy and financial and wealth transfer planning. Kayce also worked for Northern Trust Bank of Florida, where she managed private banking and commercial real estate lending services for high-net-worth individuals.

Kayce received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina (UNC) in Chapel Hill. She is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA North Carolina Society.
Kayce serves as a co-chair of the UNC–Chapel Hill Department of Economics Advisory Board. She is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Winston-Salem. Kayce also serves on the Senior Services Foundation Board and the Community Philanthropy Builders Committee of the Winston-Salem Foundation.
