Todd F. Rabold
Regional Chief Investment Officer

Todd is a senior vice president and regional chief investment officer of Asset Management. He is responsible for providing clients with strategic, long-term investment guidance through Abbot Downing’s disciplined, comprehensive, and objective investment planning process.
Prior to Abbot Downing, Todd was a managing director of investments with Wells Fargo Family Wealth. He joined Wachovia in 1994 as a personal portfolio manager and securities analyst for Wachovia Asset Management. In addition to these responsibilities, Todd managed the Wachovia Blue Chip Value mutual fund and was a member of Wachovia’s stock selection committee from 1999 through 2001. Prior to the merger with Wells Fargo, Todd was a member of the Calibre Investment Committee, which was responsible for oversight of Calibre’s investment philosophy and investment process.
Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from James Madison University. He is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute, the North Carolina Society of Financial Analysts, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. Todd currently serves on the Asset Allocation Committee for Abbot Downing.
